Under the patronage of the Dean of the Faculty of Manara for Medical Sciences, Prof. Dr. Faraj Mohammed Abdullah, and under the supervision of Mr. Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, the Division of Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation held a tribute ceremony for Professor Dr. Hamid Ghafouri Hassan, In recognition of his outstanding efforts in advancing knowledge and technology, and patented a device (fluorosynthetic flash measurement).

The ceremony was opened with the recitation of verses from the Holy Qur’an, and the reading of Surat Al-Fatihah as a tribute to the souls of the martyrs. and a tribute to the homeland in the national anthem. The ceremony included a valuable lecture by Dr. Hamid on the device and its benefits, as well as extensive scientific discussions reflecting the benefit of the attendees. Elite college students were also honored for their excellence in the debates world of Iraqi universities.
The Dean’s Assistant for Scientific Affairs thanked and appreciated all for their scientific and service efforts in the service of the College, the governorate and the country.
