The College Council is the supreme scientific and admin committee in the college. It is held once a month at least. Its head has the right to call for meeting where necessary, according to a written notification from one third of the committee membership. The quorum is complete when the one third attends the meeting. Decisions and recommendations will be taken by majority. When votes are equal, It is the side in which the council head votes with. The session reports are encoded in registration notebook signed by the head and the committee’s member within a fifteen-day period as from the date of issue to be read and be decided.
