Under the slogan “To sustain its success… Al-Manara College of Medical Sciences continues to follow up on the implementation and sustainability of the programme accreditation standards of the Department of Pharmacy. An electronic workshop was held on Monday, 12 February 2024, on programme accreditation, which is linked to the national programme accreditation standards of Iraq’s pharmacy colleges and departments. The reality of the work of the Quality and Programme Accreditation Committees in the Pharmacy Section charged with implementing the 10 standards of the Pharmacy Programme was discussed, and the Chief of the Section indicated the responsiveness and accuracy of the work of those committees.

The Quality Consultant at the College also explained the need to conform to the standards and indicate them to the requirements of the Pharmaceutical Accreditation Board program to achieve the College’s implementation of the programme accreditation standards and to obtain a certificate of accreditation in the pharmacy program, so that the Lighthouse College will continue in the ranks of distinguished Iraqi universities.
