Under the patronage of Mr. Dean of Al-Manara College of Medical Sciences, Prof. Dr. Faraj Mohammed Abdullah, the games of the Al-Manara College of Football were launched with the participation of the teams of the faculty departments, organized by the Student Activities Division of the College. The opening match took place this morning on Sunday, 11 February 2024, which brought together the pharmacy and anesthesia teams, which ended with the anesthesia team winning five goals against three goals for the pharmacy team.

The opening took place in the presence of teachers and training staff and in the presence of a large audience, with a review of participating teams from various departments followed by a review of the team of the governorate of Misan Gnastek, after which the match was launched, which brought together the Department of Chancellor Radiology and Radiology Phase II and ended in the Department of Radiology with nine goals against two goals.
