The opening match took place this morning, Sunday, February 11, 2024, which brought together the teams of the Pharmacy Department and the Anesthesia Department, which ended with the victory of the Anesthesia Department team with a score of five goals versus three goals for the Pharmacy Department team.

The opening was held in the presence of professors and training staff and in the presence of a large audience, with a review of the participating teams from various departments, followed by a performance by the Maysan Governorate gymnastics team.
