Al-Manara College honors the student who won the Higher Education Reading Competition with the Creativity Shield

The Deanship of Al-Manara College of Medical Sciences honored the student Ghadeer Adel Kazar from the Department of Dentistry with the Innovation Shield. Winner of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research Reading Competition Award, For primary studies students. The competition, which was held at Al-Nahrain University, was based on reading the book “Conditions of the Renaissance” by the Arab thinker Malek Ibn Nabi. Student Ghadeer Adel qualified from hundreds of participants to the top 100 participants and participated in preliminary qualifiers. She then won among the best twenty students who passed the book’s questions competition, which was determined by speed and quality of answers. The winners were honored with a prize of five million Iraqi dinars for each participant, and certificates of appreciation and gratitude for the students’ cultural efforts that enhance students’ education.

Prof. Dr. Faraj Muhammad Abdullah, Dean of Al-Manara College of Medical Sciences, praised the student’s efforts and her keenness to leave her college’s mark in this cultural forum and her support from the college’s Board of Directors.
