The University of Manara Council held its second session for the academic year 2024-2025 on Sunday, November 24, 2024, headed by the University President, Prof. Dr. Abdul Basit Mohsen Ayal, and attended by all members of the Council.

The meeting discussed its agenda and took the necessary decisions and recommendations regarding it, which were as follows:-
1- Preparing for the final exams of the first semester and providing all the requirements for the success of the exams.
2- Following up on the attendance of newly accepted students for this year and holding meetings by deans and heads of scientific departments with them to familiarize them with the requirements of university study.
3- Discussing the formation of the central promotions committee at the university.
4- Reforming the committee to examine the publication of research in global containers.
5- Discussing loan requests for some lecturers in government universities.
6- Reviewing the work structure of the faculty member at the university in a manner consistent with the financial entitlements of lecturers and the number of study hours for their quota.
At the end of the session, the Chairman of the Council thanked the honorable members for their efforts and urged everyone to make more efforts to raise the name of Al-Manara University high.
