In conjunction with holding a symposium on climate change at Al-Manara College of Medical Sciences, The college launched a massive tree-planting campaign that included all the college’s gardens and campuses. The campaign included various flowers, plants, and trees during the autumn season. This campaign comes within multiple ongoing campaigns organized by the college throughout the year to ensure a green belt for the college and the city in general. In line with the governorate’s need for green cover that contributes to reducing temperatures and dust storms due to climate change.
