Which authorized the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research alone to be solely responsible for the accreditation of public and private colleges and universities in the fields of dentistry and pharmacy, and to supervise them, without any union having a role in establishing or accrediting universities and colleges established under the aforementioned law and following up on their scientific and administrative sobriety, Private colleges and universities are under the supervision of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
