Field Follow-up of the Summer Training Program for Nursing Students at the University of Manara

In line with the directives of Prof. Dr. Hussein Ghanem Mutailij, Dean of the College of Nursing at the University of Manara, a number of faculty members have commenced field visits to monitor the summer training of students in governmental hospitals and health units across the province.

These visits aim to evaluate the practical aspects of the training and to assess how well students are integrating theoretical knowledge with hands-on clinical practice in real healthcare settings.

The training program includes placements in essential hospital departments such as emergency wards, internal medicine, surgery, dressing and casting units, and minor operations. These placements have allowed students to engage directly with clinical cases and apply what they have learned in the classroom under the supervision and collaboration of experienced healthcare professionals.

The College of Nursing reaffirms its commitment to supporting this program as part of its mission to prepare qualified nursing professionals capable of meeting the needs of the healthcare system and improving the quality of patient care.
