As part of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research’s commitment to ensuring educational quality and fostering a safe and distinguished university environment, Al-Manara University welcomed a ministerial field inspection committee on Tuesday, May 27, 2025. The visit aimed to assess the university’s adherence to the standards approved by the Ministry.

The committee was composed of Dr. Safaa Hassan Ali, Assistant Lecturer Ansam Hassan Shakir, and Mr. Ahmed Fakher Shugati. They were received by Professor Dr. Abdulbaset Mohsen Ayal, President of Al-Manara University, along with several university officials.

The committee conducted an inspection tour of various university facilities, accompanied by the head of the Engineering Division and his team, as well as representatives from the Quality Assurance and University Performance Department, to review current procedures and ensure compliance with ministerial standards.

This visit falls within the Ministry’s broader efforts to enhance the higher education environment in Iraq, elevate institutional performance, and support the achievement of sustainable academic accreditation in line with the aspirations of modern university education.
