Compliance Rules Implementation Committee Visits Al-Manara University and Commends Its Institutional Commitment and Organizational Excellence
As part of its field visits to private universities, the Compliance Rules Implementation Committee visited Al-Manara University on Tuesday, May 6, 2025. The committee was headed by Lecturer Dr. Sinan Fadel Hamad, with members including Dr. Mohammed Ahmed Sobhi, Assistant Lecturer Muhaimen Sameer Abdulwahab, Mr. Fadi Nashat Majeed, and Mr. Ahmed Sameer Jerad, representing the Department of Private University Education and the Supervision and Scientific Evaluation Body at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
The committee was received by University President Prof. Dr. Abdulbasit Mohsen Ayal, Administrative Assistant Prof. Dr. Ali Obeid, Head of the Quality Assurance Department Lect. Rasha Abdul Hussein, and Head of the Engineering Division Eng. Abdullah Abd.
During the visit, the committee conducted a comprehensive field inspection of the university’s buildings and facilities, and reviewed both paper and electronic student records, along with administrative and academic documentation across the university and its colleges. The committee also met with deans and heads of academic and administrative departments, and assessed the level of campus services and infrastructure.
At the conclusion of the visit, the committee praised the high level of organization and the university’s clear commitment to ministerial standards and regulations, affirming that Al-Manara University serves as a distinguished model of academic and administrative performance and in its dedication to providing a comprehensive and exceptional university environment.
