On the morning of Thursday, April 17, 2025, the Department of Anesthesia at the College of Health and Medical Technologies, Al-Manara University, organized a cultural trip to the Maysan Museum with the participation of several faculty members and students from the department.

This trip aimed to enrich students’ cultural and intellectual awareness and to deepen their understanding of the historical and civilizational heritage of Maysan Governorate and Iraq as a whole.

During the visit, the participants toured the museum’s halls and explored its exhibits, which document the various stages of the region’s civilization. They also listened to informative explanations about the importance of antiquities and cultural heritage.

This activity is part of a series of events organized by the university to support the educational and cultural development of its students.
