On Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Al-Manara University took part in the activities of the Iraq Scout Council, held at the Amarah Scout Camp under the slogan: “Today’s Leaders, Authentic Values… A Promising Future.” The event was organized by the Department of Student Activities at the Scientific Supervision and Evaluation Authority, in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and the Iraqi Scout Association.

The council included discussions on the Wood Badge (Badge of the Forest), which is awarded to university-level patrol leaders and guides. Al-Manara University was represented in this event by the Administrative Assistant to the President, Professor Dr. Ali Al-Taie.
