University of Manara Participates in International Conference on Public Health and Immunology Research

The University of Manara proudly announces its participation in the International Conference on Public Health and Immunology Research, held in Rome, Italy, from June 12–13, 2025. Representing the university, Professor Salem Nemah Saleh, Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, played a prominent role as both keynote speaker and scientific session chair.

During the conference, Professor Saleh presented his research paper titled “Electrospun Polycaprolactone Nanofibers Loaded with Cordia myxa Fruit Extract for Wound Dressing.” His lecture detailed the preparation methods, characterization of the nanofibers, and results from in vitro studies examining biocompatibility, antimicrobial activity, and anti-inflammatory effects. The presentation sparked significant interest and discussion, especially regarding the clinical potential and scalability of the nanofiber-based wound dressing.
