As part of its ongoing monthly activities, the Human Rights Division at Al-Manara University organized a seminar titled “Legal Mechanisms for the Protection of Human Rights” on the morning of Monday, April 21, 2025, at the University’s Conference Hall.

The lecture was delivered by Lect. Dr. Ahmed Qasim Al-Sudani, who provided a comprehensive explanation of both international and national legal frameworks that ensure the protection of human rights. He also addressed the challenges facing the implementation of these mechanisms in real-world practice.

The seminar was attended by a number of faculty members and students, in an atmosphere that reflected the university’s commitment to promoting legal awareness and fostering a culture of human rights within the academic community.
