Within the framework of joint scientific cooperation, and based on the directives of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, which require the necessity of concluding twinning agreements between universities, a scientific twinning was concluded between the University of Karbala, represented by the University President, Professor Dr. Sabah Wajid Al-Kriti, and Al-Manara University, represented by the University President, Professor Dr. Abdul Basit Mohsen Ayal.
The agreement aims to enhance scientific cooperation between the two universities and exchange academic expertise, in line with institutional accreditation standards that emphasize the importance of joint cooperation between educational institutions.
