From Maysan, Al-Manara College of Medical Sciences is holding its annual festival of plastic arts (calligraphy, drawing, sculpture and handicrafts) in support of its students with hobbies and capabilities in this field … and the college’s belief in the need to support cultural, artistic and community activities in order to achieve institutional accreditation standards and to develop the principles of quality assurance in the college ..

A number of distinguished participations will be selected to honor their owners, and then they will participate in the Central Festival of Fine Arts, which is to be held in Iraq, the eternal province of Basra.
